1 tbsp oil + for shallow frying
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafortida/heeng
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1 big onion finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed/paste
1 cup boiled chana dal/100 gms
1/2 cup soaked soya granules/80 gms
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder/jeera
1/4 tsp cloves powder/laung
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder/dalchini
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder/ellaichi
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp roasted gramflour
1 tsp lemon juice
