Steamed Veg momos is a popular recipe of Tibet, Bhutan and Nepal. This healthy veg steamed momos is very easy to prepare with refined flour and some veggies. It is served along with veg mayonnaise and chilly sauce.
Ingredients
Refined flour – 1 cup (125 grams)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cabbage – 1 (300-350 grams)
Carrot – 1 (50-60 grams)
Green coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chilly – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger baton – 1/2 inch (grated)
Salt – 1/4 tsp + more than 1/2 tsp or to taste
