I started my vegetarian ketogenic intermittent fasting diet yesterday … 18 hours fasting, 6 eating, low carbs. Targets are 220g fat, 146g protein, 20g carbs. Going to be hard to get that low in carbs, but anything under 50g should still be ok.
Dinner was 1 whole avocado, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 plum tomato, 1 small onion, 1 medium sized cucumber.
Long term I am shooting for a 100% raw food, organic, home-grown, vegan, keto, intermittent fasting diet. This is another step in that direction.
