Cottage cheese (Paneer) – 400 grams, cubed
Fresh tomato puree – Made from 3 medium sized tomatoes
Frozen green peas – 300 grams
Olive oil – 3 Tablespoons
Clarified butter (ghee) – 3 Tablespoons
Cinnamon stick – 1 Qty.
Bay leaves – 2-3 Qty.
Green cardamom – 3-4 Qty.
Grated ginger – 1 Teaspoon
Chopped green chillies – 1 Teaspoon
Cashew nuts, broken (optional) – 3 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chili powder (kashmiri) – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Water – 1/2 Cup
Fenugreek powder (kasthuri methi) – 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
