Recipe:
Ingredients: tofu, low-glycemic vegetables – bean sprouts, garlic, red pepper, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, saute for 5 to 10 minutes in healthy cooking oil, and when ready to eat, add some of the Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, the Bragg Liquid Soy Seasoning (called Liquid Aminos also) and Omega 3 oils – like Udo’s blend oil.
