Ingredients:

(Serves 3-4)
Golden Pumpkin – 1 Kg (with skin)
Olive oil – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1/4 Teaspoon
Chopped ginger – 1 Tablespoon
Chopped green chillies – 1 Tablespoon

Turmeric powder – 3/4 Teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 3/4 Teaspoon
Salt (to taste) – 1 Teaspoon
Mango powder – 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Sugar – 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Chopped green coriander – 2 Tablespoons
