Ingredients :-
Potol/Parwal – 250 grams (Pointed Gourd)
Yogurt – 50 gm
Mustard Oil – 3 tbsp
Cloves – 2 pieces
Green cardamom – 2 pieces
Cinnamon – 2 pieces
sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 2 pieces
Onion paste – 1 medium size
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Shahi Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
