RECIPE:
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup nondairy milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
Follow directions in video. Bake at 350 F for 35-38 minutes.
