✎ INGREDIENTS:
15-20 Baby potatoes
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil for frying
1.5-2 Cups yogurt
1/2 Tsp fennel seeds powder
2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 Tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 Tsp cardamom powder
2 Tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1 Tsp coriander powder
1/2 Tsp dry mango powder
3-4 Tbsp dry nuts powder (cashews+almonds)
4-5 Cloves
1-2 Bayleaves
1/4 Tsp asafortida
1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp garam masala
Some fresh coriander
