Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz fusilli (I used a gluten free variety)
1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tbsp old bay
1 tssp olive oil
8 oz imitation crab (TransOcean brand is gluten free)
1 grated carrot
2 ribs diced celery
5 chopped scallions
¾ cup mayo
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 tbsp diced hot cherry peppers
salt & pepper to taste
