Description of video & Ingredients:
In this video recipe Barry has been asked to make a traditional 7 layer salad, well Barry isn’t a fan of the original one so makes his own version of it featuring crispy bacon, shredded chicken, peas, mango and cheese with an orange pepper mayo topping – what would you put on yours??
Barry’s kids loved this and you will too, if you want to make the same one as Barry that’ll comfortably serve 8 people here’s the ingredients:
4 carrots, grated
200g fresh peas
2 mozzarella balls, sliced into discs
20 cherry tomatoes, quartered
bag of mixes salad leaves, washed
2 orange bell peppers, sliced
1 fresh mango, chopped
300g cheese, grated
small jar mayo
1/2 orange
3 rashers of bacon (fried until crispy)
2 chicken breasts (cooked & shredded)
ground black pepper
