Caesar Pasta Salad
1 tsp grant mustard or dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 anchovies
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt (Maldon)
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 box rotini pasta
Croutons
Optional chicken
The desired amount of romaine lettuce
Bacon Blue cheese ranch salad
1/4 cup blue cheese
4 Tbsp candied walnuts
Small bunch cilantro
1 juicy Tomato
1/3 purple onion
3 to 4 Tbsp ranch
1/2 cucumber
The desired amount of lettuce
