Preparation:
– Pour water from corn’s can
– Add the corn into a metal or glass bowl
– Cut mushrooms into strips about half a cm thick
– Scrape an egg on a small grater and add it into the bowl
– Cut onion into cubes
– Heat oil on high heat and add the mushrooms
– Stir the mushrooms until they soften and shrink
– Add the mushrooms into the bowl

– Stir until the onion cubes soften and get brown
– Add the onion cubes into the bowl
– Add mayonnaise and salt and mix well
