DESCRIPTION
Chana dal is nutritious and easily digested. Chana dal salad is a delicious and easy to make. This healthy and refreshing colorful salad can brighten up any meal. Perfect for summer brunch or served with any meal.
INGREDIENTS
Garlic(chopped) 4 cloves
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Green chillies(chopped) 1 nos
Green bell pepper(chopped) ½ cup
Cucumber(chopped) ½ cup
Tomato(chopped) ½ cup
Chana dal 1 cup
Lime juice 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 cup
Salt To taste
METHOD
1. Soak and boil chana dal without mashing it.
2. Take a bowl and add garlic, pepper powder, green chillies, green bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, chana dal, lime juice and mix nicely.
3. To it add olive oil, coriander leaves, salt and mix thoroughly, check for seasoning.
4. Now chana dal salad is ready to serve.
