Make the cheese sauce out of REAL American cheese (the good stuff you get from the deli in your supermarket) and
freshly grated parmesan. The real American cheese isn’t made from salt and oil but real milk. The parmesan is low in fat so you can add flavor but with fewer calories. Use lean ground beef or turkey (90% – 95% lean) and you’ve made a healthy, hardy, cozy meal your family will love.
