In this video I have shared quick Indian Chinese recipes. These are easy recipes for dinner. I have made chili paneer, veg fried rice and crispy baby corn. I made 3 fast food recipes in a healthy way. I have prepared food which are made in Chinese restaurant.
1) Chilli Paneer

Ingredients

1/2 lbs cubed paneer( 250 gm )
[You may use Tofu as a substitute, for Meat Lovers, you can use chicken as well]
To marinate we need the followings
———————————————————-
2 tsp cornflour
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs of dark soya sauce
1 tbs of dark chili sauce
salt to taste
1tsp of ginger garlic paste
For theGravy
———————-
4 chopped garlic
1/2 diced onion
1/2 diced bell pepper
4 chopped green chili ( according to your taste)
Sauce for the gravy
———————————-
1/2 cup water
1 tbs dark soya sauce
1 tbs chilli sauce
1 tbs chilli vinegar
1 tbs of tomato sauce
2)Veg fried Rice
===============
1 bowl of cooked rice
1 cup of chopped vegetables( carrot ,cabbage ,bell pepper ,corn ,peas) Together all the vegetables should be equal to one cup.
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
chopped green chili to taste
1/4 tsp of black pepper powder
1 tbs of chili vinegar
salt to taste
Spring onion to garnish
3) Crispy Baby Corn

Ingredient to marinate baby corn

1 lb of baby corn
2 tsp of all purpose flour
2 tsp of corn flour( sorry i wrote corn starch in the video)
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of chili powder
salt to taste
For the gravy
———————–
3 dry red chili
3 chopped garlic
1/4 chopped bell pepper
green chili to taste
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tbs of tomato sauce
1 tbs of chili vinegar
1 tbs of red chili sauce
1tsp of honey
Spring onion for garnish
