INGREDIENTS:-
500 gms Chicken pieces with bone
3-4 tbsp oil
2 small pieces cinnamon stick/dalchini
3-4 cloves/laung
2-3 green cardamom/hari illaichi
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 bay leaf/tejpatta
2 green chillies finely chopped
3 big onions finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2-3 tsp roadted fenugreek leaves/methi
2 cups tomato puree or of 4-5 tomatoes
2-3 tbsp yogurt/dahi
2 tbsp cashew paste/cream (optional)
1/2 tsp garam masala
Some fresh coriander
