This is the best chicken appetizer recipe. To prepare the butter chicken kulcha, heat oil in a pan and saute onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add water along with cashew nuts, salt and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Blend to form a smooth puree. Add sugar, cream, butter and kasuri methi. Mix well and add vinegar and chicken. Cook for 15 minutes and cool completely.
Sandwich the cooled butter chicken between kulchas and cook on a flat pan using a little butter. Cut and serve with leftover butter chicken gravy.
