It’s Pancake Day!
And I’m a little late to the table with this video, but better late than never…. or should I say batter late than never? I just got back from visiting family t’up North hence the delay.
So here are two easy pancake recipes that I use, one for crêpes and the other for american style pancakes (which are also egg-free). All ingredients are organic and bought with minimal packaging or from local shops selling items in bulk to keep it zero waste.
