Ingredients of Nimki recipe:
1. Flour (250 gm).
2. Salt (as per your taste).
3. Sugar (1 tbsp).
4. Black cumin seeds (½ tsp).
5. Refined oil.
Preparation of Nimki:
1. Take flour/maida in a big mixing bowl.
2. Add ½ tsp black cumin seeds, 1 tbsp sugar, salt (as per your taste), and 4 tbsp refined oil.
3. Mix all the ingredients very well.
4. Add water and make dough by the mixture.
5. Cover it and keep it for 15 to 20 min.
6. After 15 min knead the dough again for 1 or 2 min.
7. Then divide the dough into 4 portions.
8. Roll out the dough like roti shape and cut in to nimki pcs.
9. Heat oil in pan.
10. Deep fry the nimki in medium flame till become golden brown.
11. Let it cool and put it in an air tight container. Serve nimki as evening snacks or tea time snacks.
