A quick video recipe of this wonderful chutney which can be had with sandwich, various starters and rolls.
Ingredients:
Measurement: 1 Cup=200 ml
Corainder Leaves -1 Cup
Mint Leaves 1 Cup
Ginger (peeled and chopped): 1/2 inch
Green Chillies: 2 medium sized
Lime juice: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Water: 2-3 tsp
Nutrients:
Vitamin A
Vitamin C
Tips:
1. Deseed lime before squeezing the juice out
2. Store in an air-tight container
