Ingredients:
1/2 – Chopped Mango
2-3 cherry tomatoes
1 – chopped onion
1 – green chili
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt to taste
2 tbsp – coriander leaves
2tbsp – Mayonnaise
Monaco Biscuit
Method of preparation:
In a bowl add mango, tomatoes, onion, chili, lime juice, salt and coriander leaves. Give them a nice mix.
Take a Monaco biscuit, top it with the mixture and mayonnaise.
And our Mango Monaco Munch is ready.
