Boiling Water 4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Noodles 150gm
Cook until 7-10 mins until boil
Strain the water
Water 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Mix well & keep aside
Oil 2 tbsp
Beef (thin slices) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cook for 5 mins
Carrot 1/4 cup
Onion 1/4 cup
Cook for 5 mins
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Green chili 3 pieces
Pepper powder to taste
Mix well
Add water mixture
Cook for 5 mins
Boiled noodles
Saute for 2 mins
