Ingredients for 4 to 5 servings:
1.Minced Mutton (Kheema) – 250 Grams
2.Fenugreek Leaves – 1 Bunch
3.Chopped Onions (Medium Sized) – 2
4.Cooking Oil – 2 Tablespoons
5.Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
6.Salt – 1 Teaspoon
7.Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
8.Red Chilli Powder – 2 Teaspoons
9.Chopped Coriander – ½ Bunch
10.Whole Green Chillies – 4
Procedure:
1.In a pressure cooker, add oil and when it gets hot, add chopped onions.
2.When it turns brown, add ginger garlic paste and stir till it turns brown.
3.Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Kheema or minced mutton.
4.Cook well till it leaves the oil.
5.Add one cup of water, stir well and close the lid.
6.Pressure cook for five to ten minutes.
7.Transfer this into a frying or a cooking pan.
8.Add fenugreek leaves while it is still watery and close the lid.
9.Cook for five minutes or till the water gets dry.
10.Add chopped coriander, whole green chillies and close the lid. Simmer for five minutes.
Kheema is ready.
