How to Make Poha at home. झटपट बनने वाला आसान नाश्ता – पोहा.
Ingredients
Poha (पोहा) – 2 cup (150 grams)
Oil (तेल) – 1 to 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Peanuts (मूंगफली)– ½ cup
Lemon (नींबू) – ½ cup
Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता)- 8 to 10
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)– 1 (finely chopped)
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)- ¼ tsp
Black Mustard seeds (राई) – ½ tsp
Sugar (चीनी)-1.5 tsp
Salt(नमक) – ¾ tsp (or to taste)
Besan sev (बेसन सेव)
