Today we came up with the special Diwali thali. Preparing the recipes is not a big thing, planning the recipes and making them tastier in less time is essential. Yes, We came with 9 prasadam recipes for Diwali. Can prepare 9 recipes in just 1.5 hours on three burner stoves, If you are working on 4 burner stoves, can prepare in less than 1 hour for sure.
The recipes are paramannam, lemon pulihora, Curd rice, Carrot beans fry, minapappu pacchadi, Dhaniya rasam, Thotakura vada, Dahi vada and Purnalu.
Hope you try these recipes at home for this Diwali, I have made this video very simple so that anyone can try these in there kitchen, making of these recipes doesn’t require much skill set as well, anyone who follow the preparation methods illustrated in the video with perfect quantities and tips can easily make these Yummy prasadams at home only.

All recipes made without onion and garlic.
Ingredients required :
For paramannam:
1/2 cup rice
2 tbsps Moong dal
1/2 litre milk
1/12 cup Jaggery
1/2 cup water
3 tbsps ghee
3 tbsps Cashews
3 tbsps Raisins
Two pinches edible camphor
1 tsp cardamom powder
For Dahi wada:
3 cups Urad dal batter
salt
1/2 litre whisked curd
oil for frying
2 tbsps oil for tadka
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
2 sprigs curry leaves
2 green chillies
1 tbsp ginger
1 pinch hing
3 dry chillies
For Thotakura garelu:
3 cups Urad dal batter
1 big bowl thotakura
2 green chillies
2 pinches hing
1 tsp cumin
2 tsps ginger
salt
Oil for frying
For purnalu
1 cups batter
1 cup rice flour
1 cup chana dal
1 cup jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
For lemon rice:
1 Cup rice
1.5 lemons juice
2 tbsps coriander
Salt
1 tsp turmeric
For tadka
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp cumin
2 sprigs curry leaves
3 dry chillies
1 tbsp ginger
2 green chillies
3 tbsps ground nuts
1 tbsp chana dal
1 tbsp urad dal
For Minapappu Chutney:
1/2 cup minapappu
6-7 dry chillies
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/4 cup fresh coconut
salt
1/2 tsp jaggery
lemon size tamarind
water for grinding
for Corianer rasam:
300ml water
big lemon size tamarind juice 300 ml
1/2 tsp turmeric
3 slit green chillies
1 tomato chopped
1.5 tsps rasam powder
coriander
salt
Boiled chana dal water
1 tsp jaggery
Tadka for rasam:
2 tsps oil
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp menthulu(fenugreek)
3 dry chillies
1 tsp cumin
2 sprigs curry leaves
2 pinches hing
1/2 tsp black pepper
for Carrot beans fry:
2 carrots chopped
150 gms beans
1/4 cup fresh coconut
3 dry chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric
salt
3 tbsp oil
1/4 cup chana dal (1 hour soaked)
2 tbsp coriander
2 sprigs curry leaves
for Curd Rice:
1 Cup rice
Salt
1/2 litre curd
1/2 cup boiled milk
For tadka:
2 tbsps oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp cumin
2 sprigs curry leaves
4 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp ginger
2 green chillies
2 tbsps carrot grated
2 tbsps coriander
