Chinese Roll Recipe| Quick & Easy Chinese Starter Fast Food Snacks Recipe In Hindi
Ingredients for Chinese Roll Recipe
½ cup Red, Yellow, Green Capsicum, Onion, Cabbage
2 Grated Potatoes
¾ Cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
2 ½ tbsp. Schezwan Sauce
2 tbsp. Corn ( Boiled)
2 tbsp. Maida (All Purpose Flour)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For Rolls Coating
¼ Cup Maida (All Purpose Flour)
Dry Bread Crumbs as required
Water as required
Procedure :-
Take Oil in a pan and add Red, Yellow, Green Capsicum, Onion, Cabbage, Salt, Grated Potatoes and cook it all on high flame for 1 minute. Then add boiled Corn and Maida (All Purpose Flour) and cook it for ½ minute. Now switch off the flame and add Schezwan Sauce in it. After mixing well add Fresh Bread crumbs in it and mix it well. Now make rolls from the mixture. Rolls coating preparation take Maida (All Purpose Flour) and add Water in it and prepare slurry and spread Dry Bread Crumbs in a plate now dip roll in slurry and roll it in dry bread crumbs. Press it gently and prepare all the Chinese Rolls same way. After finish first coat of rolls now dip one more time in slurry and coat it again in bread crumbs again. This makes rolls more crunchy from outside. Now heat the Oil and fry Chinese Rolls in it. Fry till it becomes golden brown.
Serve Chinese Rolls with tomato sauce
