Ingredients:
500 gram chicken mince
1 small onion
3 tbsp coriander leaves
2 green chilies
2 garlic pods
1 small piece of ginger
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp cornflour
1 egg- use half of it
To assemble:
cheese slices
lettuce
onion rings
1/2 cup mayonnaise, mix with 3 tbsp heavy cream
chili garlic sauce/ketchup
burger buns as required
