• Gram flour : 1 cup
• Cumin powder : 2 t-spoon
• Red chilli powder : 1 t- spoon
• Turmeric powder : ½ t-spoon
• Carom ( ajwin) 1 t-spoon
• Oil : for deep frying
• Sesame seeds: 1 t-spoon
• Hing : ¼ t- spoon
• Salt to taste
• Water : 1 cup
