Bread Pakora Recipe – Quick And Easy Evening Snacks Recipe Stuffed Bread Pakoda

Today we will learn Bread Pakora recipe. Bread Pakoda is very popular Evening Snacks Recipe in India. You can make it very easily and quickly at home. Also it is one of the best recipes for kids. So watch this step by step easy recipe and must try it your own.

Ingredients of Bread Pakora Recipe:
1. White bread / Pauruti (4 pcs).
2. Boiled potatoes (3 medium sizes).
3. Besan / Gram flour (1.5 cup).
4. Cumin powder (¼ tsp).
5. Turmeric powder (½ tsp).
6. Red chilli powder (½ tsp).
7. Dry mango powder/ aamchur (½ tsp).
8. Salt (as per your taste).
9. Chopped coriander leaves
10. Garam masala powder (¼ tsp).
11. Chopped green chilli (2 no)
12. Refined oil (for deep frying).

Methods of how to make Bread Pakora:
1. Take boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Smash it.
2. Add ¼ tsp garam masala powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, green chilli, ½ tsp dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves, ¼ tsp cumin powder and ¼ tsp salt.
3. Mix all the ingredients very well.
4. Now take bread on hand palm and spread some potato mixture on it.
5. Cover it by another bread.
6. Now make the batter.
7. Take a bowl. Add gram flour in it.
8. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, and ¼ tsp salt.
9. Add some water and make smooth batter. Not very thick.
10. Heat oil in a pan. Deep the bread in batter and deep fry in oil.
11. Fry the stuffed bread pakoda in medium flame.
12. Serve hot Bread Pakora with sauce or chutney as evening snacks or pack it for school tiffin.
