Hi Everyone! I went apple picking yesterday and thought I would create some quick microwavable treats. Here are two quick recipes for apples. Healthy & easy enough for kids to make, but caution the dish is very hot. One is baked apple cinnamon. I took 1 medium apple. Peeled and cored. I cut the sliced in half. Placed in a microwave safe dish. Added 3 tbs of sugar and a light sprinkle of cinnamon. I microwaved on high for about 2 minutes. Let the apples set to cool and optional topped with whipped cream. 2nd dish I took 1 large apple. Peeled and cored. I cut the sliced in half. Placed in a microwave safe dish. I microwaved on high for about 1 minutes. Took a packet of Pumpkin Spice oatmeal. (You can use Apple Cinnamon too) Mix in the dish. Cook for another minute to minute in a half. Let cool. You can add milk, whipped cream, Greek yogurt, it’s up too you. Great for a quick breakfast or warm dessert. Hope you liked it.
