Salt to taste
Sugar 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Combine well
Holds shape perfect consistency
One egg
Milk 1-2 tbsp ( add gradually)
Make dough
Divide
Roll the dough
Slightly hot oil
Fry until golden brown low flame
You can store it in air tight box for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
