Basmati rice – 1.5 cup(uncooked)
Onion – 4
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Bay leaves – 2
Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/3 tsp
Biryani masala powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
