Ingredients:
1 Cup, Sprouted Beans
2 Onions, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mix Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Water

१ कप मोड आलेले वाल
२ कांदे
१ टोमॅटो
२ tbsp तेल
१ tsp जिरं
१ tsp Mix मसाला
१/२ tsp हळद
कोथिंबीर
मीठ
पाणी
Method:
– In a pan, heat some oil.
– Add cumin seeds, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, onions, tomato, mix masala and salt to taste. Saute everything well.
– Add the sprouted beans and water. Mix well.
– Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
-Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or dal rice.
