The Three Course Dinner series is meant for the home cook who wants to learn how to make a great starter and main dish with sides. The classes are structured with every one working in three or four groups executing every recipe. These classes are also shorter than some of our other classes because the dessert is made ahead (unless it’s banana’s foster.) Main Course: Pan seared Steak with Balsamic reduction and creamy pesto mashed potatoes
Dessert: Bananas Foster
Wine Suggestion: BYOB – A Cote du Rhone or a Barolo
