Ingredients:
Crabs
2 Onions, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 tbsp Mix Masala
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Oil

१ टोमॅटो, चिरून
१ tbsp Mix मसाला
१ tbsp लसूण, चिरून
कोथिंबीर
१ tbsp आलं लसूण पेस्ट
मीठ
३ tbsp तेल
Method:
For Marination
– Wash & clean the crabs. Marinate the crabs with coriander, ginger garlic paste & salt.
– Then cook the crabs in very little oil.
For Curry
– In a mixer grinder, add chopped onion, chopped tomato & mix masala. Grind everything to a smooth paste.
– In a pan, heat some oil and add chopped garlic. Saute the garlic for a minute.
– Then add the masala paste and mix everything well.
– Add the marinated crabs and mix well.
– Then add mix masala, salt and water. Mix all the ingredients well.
– Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
– Crab Masala is ready to serve.
