INGREDIENTS
Onions (Big) – 250 grams
Red Chillies – 10-12 Nos.
Salt – 1 Tblspn
Tamarind (Soaked) – Gooseberry Sized
Sugar – Optional
Oil – 2 Tblspn
Mustard Seeds – ¼ Tsp
Asafoetida Powder
METHOD
1. Remove skin and dice Onions to 1 inch squares.
2. Soak Chillies in water for ½ hour.
3. Take out Chillies from water. Add Salt, Tamarind, Sugar and half of the Onions.
4. Grind well. Add rest of the onions and run the mixie at low speed to make a coarse paste.
5. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds and Asafoetida Powder and pour over chutney.
