How to cook Baked Eggplant with Ground Beef. This culinary delight is easy to make and taste delicious. There are simple step by step instructions on how to prepare and cook the whole dish.
Process of Baked Eggplant with Ground Beef Recipe;
Firstly, chop the onions and put them into a pan.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and salt, saute them.
Now add the ground beef and cook by stirring.
Add the chopped green and red peppers and cook by stirring occasionally.
Put the diced tomatoes and the paste, cook by stirring. No need to cook for a long time.
Add some crushed pepper, thyme and salt how much you like.
Then turn off the cooker.
Cut stalks of eggplants and peel them striped and cut eggplants into slices (Don’t make the slices thin).
Fry them in hot oil and take them on a paper towel.
Place the eggplant slices into a pyrex.
Put a spoon of meat filling on each eggplant slices.
And also place tomato slices on the meat filling.
To prepare the sauce, pour a cup of water, add a tablespoon of paste and also the chopped garlic.
After adding the salt, mix them in a bowl.
Pour the sauce into the pyrex.
Bake the eggplant slices into the preheated oven to 190°C until it absorb the liquid.
You can serve it hot and also with pilaf.
