This is a delicious and simple recipe for Chinese Chicken Wings In Oyster Sauce. The sauce is finger licking good. The flavour of the ginger and garlic really comes through. Serve as an appetizer or as a main course for lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

Chinese Chicken Wings In Oyster Sauce
2 lbs. chicken wings
1 teaspoon cooking oil
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water
Clean chicken wings in cold water. In a pot of water, boil chicken wings for 5 minutes. Put wings in a strainer and rinse with cold water. Clean the same pot and heat 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Add ginger and garlic and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes at low to medium heat. Add wings to pot and stir fry for a minute or two. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and water. Stir the wings to blend all the ingredients. Cover the pot and cook for 10 to 15 minutes at low to medium heat. Stir chicken wings one more time and serve. Enjoy!
