✍ INGREDIENTS:
Boneless chicken pieces-1 lb
MARINATE:
Hung yogurt- 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
Tandoori masala- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Ginger garlic crushed- 1 tsp
Oil- 1 tbspMAKHANI GRAVY:
Oil- 1tbsp
Butter- 1tbsp
Green cardamom- 2
Cloves-3-4
Cinnamon- small piece
Ginger garlic- 2 tsp
Onion puree-1 cup(boil & pureed)
Salt to taste
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
Tomato puree- 2 cups(blance the tomatoes, peel skin & puree)
Cashewnut paste- 4 tbsp
Honey/sugar- 1 tsp
Water as required
Cream- 1/4 cup
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves- 1 tsp
