Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp Oil
2 Onions, chopped
2 Drumsticks, chopped
100 gms Purple Yam, chopped
2-3 Brinjals, chopped
1 Potato, chopped
1 Cup Beans
1/2 Carrot, chopped
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Water
Method:
– In a pan heat some oil. Add sesame seeds, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, onion & salt. Mix everything well.
– Then add drumsticks, purple yam, brinjals, potato, beans, carrot, mix masala & water. Mix all the ingredients well.
– Cover it with a lid and let all the vegetables cook on a low flame for 15 minutes.
– Serve the Bhogichi bhaji with chapati or plain rice.
