here’s another what i eat in a day where i show you some healthy and easy recipes that you can try at home!
✰GRANOLA RECIPE✰
1) combine
– 1 1/2 cup oats
– 1 ripe banana
– 3 tbsp apple sauce or coconut oil
– cinnamon + nutmeg (this part’s up to you)
– 1-2 tbsp almond butter/peanut butter
– 3 tbsp agave/honey (or more depending on how sweet you want them)
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– nuts or pumpkin seeds
– pinch of salt
– you can also add: coconut flakes, hemp seeds, dried fruit, cocoa powder
2) bake at 325 for 20 mins, stir to make sure it cooks evenly, bake for another 15 mins or more
