1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk of choice
pinch of salt
*optional: add 1 tbsp of sweetener (I added 1 tbsp protein powder, but you can use honey, maple syrup, average, brown sugar, coconut sugar, etc.)

blend all ingredients, pour into oven-safe dish, top with CHOCOLATE CHIPS, bake at 350F for 20-25 mins
