1. Low purine:
Foods to consume: Fruits, fruit juices, rice, pasta, low fat dairy products, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, raw vegetables, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds

RECIPE FOR GOUT:
Take 1 cup boiled macaroni in a bowl
Add 1/2 chopped cucumber into bowl
Add 1/2 chopped tomato
Add 1/2 chopped boiled potato
Add 1tsp lemon juice to it
Also add 1 crushed garlic
1 tsp olive oil
Black pepper and salt to taste
Mix this well
