Here’s what you need to make the pizza:
1 10-Inch Low Carb tortilla – I like the ones by Mission
1/4 cup (65g) low calorie tomato sauce
1 Tsp 0 Calorie sweetener
Pinch of … garlic salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper
1/2 cup (56g) shredded mozzarella cheese I like use a mix of fat free and part skim
Optional: parmigiano reggiano to coat the sauce before the cheese
