Vegan Cheesecake Recipe inspired by Kandee Johnson

Vegan Chocolate and Almond covered Cheesecake Bites / Balls
Ingredients:
8 oz vegan cream cheese
¼ cup vegan margarine
¼ cup peanut butter (Peanut Butter & Co White Chocolate Wonderful)
1 cup powered sugar
Sliced almonds
Directions on how to make vegan peanut butter cheescake balls covered in chocolate and almonds:
1. In a bowl, mix together vegan cream cheese, vegan margarine, peanut butter, and powdered sugar.
2. Freeze the cheesecake mixture for at least 20 minutes
3. Remove the vegan cheesecake batter from the freeze to form the cheesecake balls.
Vegan Chocolate Dipping Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegan chocolate of choice
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp of vegan margarine
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat
2. Heat until melted
3. Bring to a boil until it reaches the consistency you desire
