Strawberry shortcake dessert bars! Just like the strawberry shortcake ice cream treats! As you will see in the video – the frosting and crumb topping is double the amount needed. I recipe is written as seen in the video but I recommend cutting the frosting and crumb topping ingredients in half.
Bars tasted better the following day once all layers had time to come together.
Ingredients:
1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 Cup Oil
8 Oz Cool Whip
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Flour
1 Stick Butter
3 Oz Strawberry Gelatin
3 Oz Vanilla instant pudding
