Today I will be sharing this ridiculously easy strawberry dessert recipe : (alcohol free / kid-friendly) Mascarpone Cheese Strawberry Romanoff .🍓
I’m sure we all love easy no bake strawberry desserts ! No bake fruit desserts are certainly right at the top for me! This recipe has delicious pieces of strawberries soaked in orange juice/zest and then layered with a mix of mascarpone cheese and sour cream!! 💋
If you would like the grown up version, just substitute the Orange Juice + Zest with an equal amount of Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge 🍊🍷 😁
You can also substitute the Mascarpone Cheese with Cream Cheese, and add more sugar if you prefer 😉

1lb Fresh Strawberries
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
4 Tbsp Orange Juice
1/2 Tbsp Orange Zest
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mascarpone Cheese
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Garnish: Mint leaves
