Best recipe to indulge this weekend! a very quick 10 minutes chocolate pudding that you can make without eggs, gelatine and even without switching on your oven!

INGREDIENTS –
2 cups (500gms) milk
1/2 cup (100gms) cream
1 cup (125gms) dark chocolate
1 tsp (3gms) coffee powder
3 tbsp (21gms) cornflour
6 tbsp (42gms) sugar
2 tbsp (15gms) cocoa powder
2 tbsp (28gms) butter
1 tsp (3gms) vanilla extract
1-2 tsp sea salt

Recipe notes –
I used Amul dark chocolate to make this pudding
You can use fresh or heavy cream- both are fine. I used fresh cream
Coffee powder is optional- you can leave it out but I love the little kick it gives
Don’t leave out cornflour- that is what makes the pudding thick. If you don’t have cornflour- you could try making it with custard powder, which could also work
If your pudding is getting lumps, use a balloon whisk to mix aggressively- it’ll help you get rid of the lumps
I used cold and hard butter for the pudding
Sea salt makes world of a difference to how the pudding tastes- I’d highly recommend you don’t skip it!
