Today’s creation is the Chocolate Mousse Cake recipe. Soft and moist chocolate cake layer topped with super creamy chocolate mousse and soft chocolate ganache.
Here’s what you’ll need:
all-purpose flour – 3/4 cup
sugar – 1/2 cup
cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
baking powder- 1/2 tsp
baking soda – 1/4 tsp
salt – 1/4 tsp
1 medium egg
oil- 1/2 cup
vanilla – 1 tsp
hot water – 3/4 cup
Coffee – 1 tsp
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE:
(Chocolate ganache: 1/3 cup hot whipping cream + 1/2 cup chocolate chips)
1.5 cups cold whipping cream
2 tblsp powdered sugar
